Exhibitors play an important role at APIC DFW’s Annual Conference. Your support helps the APIC DFW Chapter to provide an important professional development opportunity to our members and gives your company a unique opportunity to interact with infection preventionists!

Exhibitor levels are available on a first come, first served basis. Exhibit booths are limited and only secured once payment is received. Due to table limitations, payment is non-refundable.

Exhibitor Tiers

$1600 Platinum Exhibitor: 1 available    LIMIT FOUR participants per table

  •           Verbal recognition as our Platinum Exhibitor during conference opening and closing sessions

  •          Sponsor may submit a 60 second pre-recorded greeting for attendees that will be played during the conference prior to lunch break

  •         Large company logo on monitors during conference

  •         Three (3) social media post acknowledgements: two (2) pre & one (1) post-conference

  • ·         Premium booth location

  • Electrical connection included

  •          Two tables available for booth with complimentary electrical access

  •         Acknowledgement as our Platinum Exhibitor in conference promotional materials

  •          Large company logo on blast emails referencing conference program

  •          Up to four (4) team members to manage exhibition booth

$1,000 Gold Exhibitor: 5 available     LIMIT THREE participants per table

  • Verbal recognition as a Gold Exhibitor during conference closing session

  • Sponsor may submit a 30 second pre-recorded greeting for attendees that will be played during the conference between activities

  • Small company logo on monitors during conference

  •         Two (2) social media post acknowledgements: one (1) pre & one (1) post-conference

  •       Prominent booth location (in order of confirmed reservation)
