WELCOME TO APIC-DFW

We welcome you to a dynamic chapter and hope that you will join us as a member or partner. Our chapter is proud to offer close-knit IP networks, educational events, advocacy initiatives, and a variety of volunteer and professional development opportunities.

FOR YOUR INFORMATION 

• In addition to National dues, APIC-DFW chapter dues are $25.00. You must join our parent organization, APIC, in order to join the Dallas/Fort Worth Chapter (#005).

  • When joining APIC, be sure to select Dallas/Fort Worth as your home Chapter.

• In addition to all of the benefits of participating in our local chapter, your membership includes a subscription to the American Journal of Infection Control (AJIC).

• Our chapter typically meets the first Thursday of each month at 12:30 p.m. with a one hour educational offering and a business meeting that usually concludes by 3:15 p.m. Click here for our meeting calendar.

• We invite potential members to join us for two meetings and then ask then to become members.

• Continuing Education credits from monthly education sessions (when offered) and committee participation require active chapter membership.

Want to Join? Follow these Simple INSTRUCTIONS:  

Create a profile and complete the application on the APIC website. During Step 4, be sure to select “Dallas/Fort Worth” when provided the option to Join a Local APIC Chapter.
